Ronald E. Smith, age 50 died unexpectedly June 23, 2019 in the emergency room at Butler Memorial Hospital, Butler, PA.

Born January 4, 1969 in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Hagan Smith and Mary Goldsberry. He worked for The Butler Ambulance Service driving a handicapped accessible van transporting people were they needed to go.

He was a member of Christ’s Family Church, Chicora, PA and was well-known for his talented singing.

He is survived by his son Josh M. Smith; a long-time companion Tonya Bosch of Butler; a grandson, Hunter David Smith; a brother David and MeLynda Smith of Chicora, PA; a sister, Sandy Smith of Kennedy Township, Allegheny County; his mother, Marcy Goldsberry of Coraopolis, PA; a step-mother, Bonnie Doran of Penn Township, PA.

Ronald is preceded in death by the recent passing of his father Hagan Smith.

There will be no viewing or visitation; a memorial service will be held at a later date.
