Patrick E. Neff

Patrick E. Neff, age 80, of Chicora, PA. passed away Thursday, July 1, 2021 following an illness in the Emergency Room of the Butler Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 12, 1941 in Oakland Township the  son of the late Herman W. Neff and the late Mary Agnes Angert Neff.

He was a member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Chicora. He worked for Butler County Ford Company in Butler for 27 years-from 1977 to 2003 when he retired.

Pat is survived by his wife Jean M. Barnhart Neff, whom he married October 22, 1977. He is also survived by a brother, Ben Neff; and a sister, Catherine ‘Kate’ and Philip Graham. Several sisters-in-law: Betty Knoll Neff, Jeanne Neff, and Bridget Neff. A brother-in-law, Lee and Ginny Barnhart: 4 sisters-in-law, Sandy and Jerry Wagner, Rose Ann Miller, Patty and George Pikoulas, Shirley and Dick Rattigan, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brothers and wives: Jim, Joe, Wendell and Marian Neff, Andy and Tom Neff, Jerry and Donna Neff, Raymond and Herman Neff.  

Friends will be received, Friday 6-8 P.M. at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, Chicora, PA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, North Oakland, 864 Chicora, Road, at 10 A.M. Saturday, July 3, 2021 with Father Lou Pascazi officiating.
