Benjamin C. Neff, age 83 of Chicora, PA died in Sunnyview Home, Butler, Pa March 7, 2023 following a short illness. He was born in North Oakland, Chicora, PA the son of the late Herman Neff and the late Mary Agnes Angert Neff on May 24, 1939.
He married the late Linda Marie Thomas Neff, February 14, 2004. She died March 22, 2005.
He is a veteran of the US Army. He worked as a welder for 19 years for Pullman Standard in Butler, PA until the plant closed. He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed: baseball, football, hunting, camping, and family times.
He is a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church in North Oakland, Chicora, PA.
He is survived by daughter, Tracy Brink and Eric Furl. Sons, Brian Neff and Tina Myers and Patrick and Debbie Neff. Grandchildren: Kiley Brink, Megan Brink, Elizabeth Neff, Jessica Neff, Nathan Devore, Austin Neff, Diamond and Larissa Brown. Daughter-in-law: Beth Brown Neff. 1 great-granddaughter, Allison Codispot. One new great-granddaughter, Megyn Riley.
He was the last surviving member of his family of 9 brothers and 1 sister.

He is preceded in death by a son Chad Neff who died April 9, 2008.
Friends received at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock Street, Chicora, PA from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2023 at the Saint Joseph Church, North Oakland with Reverend Lou Pascazi officiating, Organist Tom Snow and Cantor, Beverly Nikonow. Interment will follow in Saint Joseph Cemetery, North Oakland, Chicora, PA
