Robert Carl Hockenberry, age 63 of Chicora, Pennsylvania died unexpectedly at his home, Sunday February 24, 2019 of natural causes. He was born in Butler, April 12, 1955 the son of the late Robert Constantine Hockenberry and Delores Jean McCandless.

He had worked at as a welder at  Pullman Standard Plant of Butler until the plant closed and then worked for Patterson Steel of Florida as a welder. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and walking.

Robert is survived by his mother Delores Jean McCandless Hockenberry of Butler; a brother, Michael (Karen) Hockenberry of Chicora; 2 sisters: Gloria (Chuck) Rupert of Maine, Deborah Swartzlander of Butler, a niece and a nephew.

There is no visitation and no funeral service.
