Robert L. Hartel, Sr. age 78 of Parker, PA. passed away unexpected, Thursday, November 28, 2019 at the home of his companion.   He was born, Monday, February 3, 1941 in Oil City, Venango County, PA. the son of Charles and Viola Hartel.

After receiving a medical discharge from the service, he then made his living as a commercial cleaner.

He is survived by his children: a son Rob Hartel and his wife Kelly of Petrolia; a daughter: Barbara and her companion Al. Comire of Connecticut: his grandchildren: Timothy Hartel and his wife Monica of Butler; Jessia Workman and her husband James of Michigan: great-grandchildren: James and Evelyn Workman of Michigan: also, a long-time companion: Duella "Ellie" Eiler and her children and grandchildren of Parker.

He is preceded in death by his daughter Deborah Morris of Ohio.
