Rita Bayer Leyn,74, of Brackenridge, Pittsburgh and Chicora, PA went home to the Lord on Monday, July 23, 2012 in Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Hights, PA.

Rita was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing and did graduate
studies in maternal and child health nursing. Before retirement, she was employed at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and was a volunteer nurse with the community clinic of Jubilee Kitchen.
She was a member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Chicora where she was active in the Legion of Mary.

Rita will be remembered for her thoughtful ways, delightful stories and sense of humor.
