Randy L. Toy, age 53, passed away unexpectedly near his home Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in Chicora, Pennsylvania. Born on February 26, 1971 in Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights. PA. to the late Cecil Toy, Sr. and Shirley Armstrong Toy.

He enjoyed his children, grandchildren and enjoyed driving his truck delivering limestone and numerous other things.

He was a member of Trinity Reformed Church of Brandy's Bend, PA. and was a life member of Sugar Creek Fire Department; and a 32nd degree member of the Argyle Lodge of Chicora, PA.

Randy is survived by his wife, Shelly Steighner Toy, whom he married May 10, 1991. A daughter, Shelyn Toy and husband, Jeff Toy. A son, Seth Toy. 2 grandchildren: Nadia Hicks and Jace Toy. A brother, Cecil Toy, Jr. and wife Marsha. 4 sisters: Sherry Cramer, Mary McGrady, Margaret Walker, Brenda Mackey.

Friends received at Steighner Funeral Home in Chicora, PA. Saturday, May 11, 2024, 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. with Argyle Lodge #540 of Chicora, PA to hold a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. and Sugarcreek Fire Department – Last Call will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home.

Monday, May 13, 2024 Funeral Service will be conducted by Reverend Peter Sapp, Pastor of Trinity Reformed Church, Brady's Bend, PA, at Steighner Funeral Home, Chicora, PA. followed by laying Randy to rest in Mount Pleasant Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chicora, PA.
