Korie J. Thompson, age 43, of Butler, PA passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016 in the emergency room of Butler Memorial Hospital, with her fiancé at her side, of natural causes. She was born in Butler March 7, 1973 to the late Donald and Jean Nesbitt Thompson.

She was a homemaker and is survived by her fiancé Rodney Kriess, daughters Kelsee Thompson and Kylee Kriess; a granddaughter, Amara Thompson and a grandson, Karsyn Biedenbach-Thompson; and a sister, Tricia Thompson; nieces, Macee and Brady Dalton; and a nephew, Quinton Dalton.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by infant twins, Rhiannon and Logan Kriess.

Friends are received 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, at the corner of 111 E. Slippery Rock and Main Streets, Downtown Chicora, PA.

A blessing service will be held 8 p.m. Thursday at the STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME with Father Rick Thompson, pastor of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, Chicora, PA. officiating.

Cremation will follow.
