Joseph R. Patsy, age 64 of Chicora, PA. passed away while under the care of Hope Hospice through the VA Hospital, Friday, August 18, 2023 at his residence in Chicora, following a courageous battle with Cancer. His was born in Butler September 6, 1958 to the late Raymond R. Patsy and the late Ruth L. Kepple.

He was a 1976 graduate of Karns City High School. Joseph served in the U. S. Army from 1976 to 1981. He enjoyed fishing, Steelers and his dog Gizmo.

He worked for Mon-D-Aid for 12 years.

He is survived by his caretaker and best friend Patricia Patsy of Chicora.

Preceded in death by his parents Raymond R. Patsy and his mother Ruth L. Kepple Walthour  and his grandparents.

At his request there will be no visitation or viewing.  A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
