Daniel C. Hoffman, 60, of Chicora, PA died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2012 in VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler.

He worked for 8 years for Gaylords in Butler, PA and then worked for Allegheny Heat Treating, Chicora, from 1985 to 1993.
He was a member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, Chicora, the Altar Rosary Society of the Church and the Chicora Senior Center where he received the Volunteer of the Year Recognition in 2006. He will be fondly remembered.

He was born in Chicora, April 28, 1952, the son of the late:
