Arabell J. Moore, age 91 of Chicora, Pennsylvania passed on of natural causes onThursday, January 25, 2018 in VNA Inpatient Hospice, Butler. Born in Buffalo, New York, Friday, January 7, 1927 to the late Lawrence R. Jewart and Sarah Elizabeth Wall Jewart.

She married Clyde E. Moore Sr. on February 14, 1945 at English Lutheran Church in Butler, PA.  He died April 2, 2004.

She delighted in gardening, helping raise neighborhood children in here younger days, and enjoyed family gatherings. She had worked at Oesterling's Lawn and Garden Store for many years. She was a member of North Butler Presbyterian Church, Chicora.

Survived by 3 daughters: Gloria and Don Riding, Rebecca Young, Julie and Brian Ruggles. 3 sons: Richard and Kim Moore, Clyde E. Moore Jr, Paul and Melissa Moore. 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

Friends received on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock and Main Streets, Chicora, Pennsylvania 16025

Monday, January 29, 2018 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, officiated by Reverend Mary Kitchen pastor of North Butler Presbyterian Church, and her niece Reverend Kathy McDevitt Smith.

Interment will be in Hemphill Cemetery, Chicora, Pennsylvania.
